LAND DEVELOPMENT
As Vice President - Development of St. Bourke - led planning, design and natural resources team for Master Plan approval of 1,000-acre project on the NC coast, as well as the re-positioning of numerous projects in GA, AL, TN & NC .   At the center of development activities over 12 years with Falling Water, Inc. as its Executive Vice President, in the development of almost 13,000 residential lots and associated commercial property --- in eight counties and 13 cities --- on over 5,000 acres of land.  

HOME BUILDING
In the Los Angeles area built six townhome and two condominium projects ---- managing construction, marketing and home sales activities in the midst of interest rates above 15%.  

INSTITUTIONAL-GRADE PROPERTY ACQUISITIONS
Performed acquisition due diligence in over 60 projects through the Southeast for Drapac Capital Partners and D.R. Horton. As the Vice President for Acquisitions and Asset Management for the Los Angeles operations of Haseko Corporation (Japan’s third largest real estate investor), led the acquisition of over 1,000,000 s.f. of prime office and commercial real estate.

EQUITY JOINT VENTURES
As the Executive Vice President of Haseko Corporation’s southeastern region ---- equity partner in joint ventures with local developers in Atlanta residential and apartment developments. Speaker at NAHB and other conferences on joint ventures.

GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONSHIPS
Led the engineering and planning task force of the PATH Group, led by Prentiss Properties and commissioned by the City of Atlanta, in the initial planning for Olympic Village redevelopment.  Extensive experience with EPD (thousands of l.f. of stream buffer variances, Safe Dams), the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission and the Corps of Engineers (ten Nationwide Permits, one Individual Permit and related mitigation activities).  Led the annexation of over 700 acres into the City of Union City and the transfer of The Manor Golf and County Club from Fulton County into the City of Milton.
