CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
Construction activity is resuming after a massive shut-down. As the New Market progresses --- and inventory of residential lots and commercial pads begin to be absorbed in key geographical areas --- it is time to build!

With Jim Garrigus' masters degree in construction management from Stanford University, combined with the experience of shipbuilding in Mississippi, construction of the Alaska Pipeline, building townhomes in the Los Angeles area, and constructing miles of roads and thousands of lots in Atlanta - - - Garrigus Consulting brings to a project REAL on-the-ground, in-the-trenches, experience in directing every phase of field construction activity (and agency inspections).  We have completed a partially developed residential property in Kennnesaw for Premier Bank of Missouri, and 43 townhome lots in Suwanee for John Thomas Homes.  We have advised SunTrust Bank and Beal Bank on the repair and completion of roads and other infrastructure on multiple projects --- leading negotiations with cities and counties.

Through over 20 years of land development experience in the Atlanta area, Garrigus Consulting has close relationships with several experienced construction project managers to staff an array of projects, as well as premiere contractors in every construction trade.   The extensive slow-down in development over the past several years has "weeded-out" many contractors and professionals in land development.  As work ramps up in the future, it is imperative that a team is assembled that is well known and trusted.  These are not times for experimentation.  This experience is brought forward to the earliest phases of land planning and engineering --- so that designs can be tested as to how they are constructed!
