Garrigus Consulting has served SunTrust Bank since early 2009 as its sole technical site advisor on over 200 subdivisions and commercial properties.  A full array of services has been provided including all aspects of NPDES permit compliance; design and management of site erosion control;  repair and upgrades of infrastructure; resource to asset managers on technical and legal site issues; and assistance in due diligence requests of buyers.  During this period the bank gained the reputation with Georgia EPD as the bank with the best control over its sites --- zero enforcement actions and zero fines on sites under our management.  In 2012 assisted the bank as it entered into a special Consent Agreement with Georgia EPD --- not as a result of enforcement action, but rather a vehicle to minimize EPD's administrative effort.  Under the agreement, Garrigus Consulting has been the sole professional reviewing sites, stabilizing them as needed and certifying them as Finally Stabilized.
